#ThrowbackThursdays
In the start of the 1960’s, the men’s work jacket was as tough as nails. Menswear staple wear were usually constructed by a slightly boxy cut and at least two large front pockets. Due to its rugged design and structured shape, it smartly bridged the gap between formal and dressed-down. Notice the jacket waistband by then was gone.

Are You Wearing The Right Size Shirt
#TeachingTuesdays
There’s a quick hack to know when a shirt fits you, and when it doesn’t. If you sit down, and your shirt buttons pull, the shirt is not a fitting one. You know you need to get a shirt sizeup. If you’re shirt does not fit square on the shoulders, chances are that it may not fit you. Go for a shirt size down in that case.
Why Professional Outfit Is Important ?
#MotivationalMondays
“The tragedy in life doesn’t lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach.” – Benjamin Mays
Most professionals at workplace fail in influencing others big time not because of lack of skills, but attention to details when it comes to dressing to impress. A tie can be both more or less than an accessory like this week’s blue and gray striped silk twill tie featuring wide bold stripes that are designed to be a modern twist on the traditional diagonally striped tie. The vibrant blue and gray colors are guaranteed to enhance your professional look.
Plaid Suits For Your Wedding
#WeddingsByBucco
“Loving you never was an option. It was a necessity.” — Truth Devour, Unrequited.
You’ll definitely fall in love with a plaid suit this upcoming wedding season. Very few suit types are as elegant and stylish as a plaid suit. Trust me; it’s sure to capture a lot of eye balls in the crowd. Team up your suit with a shirt in a neutral shade that will go with it well. Accessorize with the right footwear and other props so as to maintain the subtle side of things, and turn the spotlight on your outfit.
Friday Fashion With Fuzzy Flannels
#FreestyleFridays
What is men’s fall fashion essentials without some comfy, fuzzy flannels thrown into the mix? The popular misconception is that flannel is actually a soft woven fabric often mistakenly alternated with the plaid pattern in terms of use, which flannel shirts typically display. The flannel and chino pant combo is more of a uniform for many looking for both style and comfort these days. Stock a few flannels in varying colors and patterns in your wardrobe, and you’ll be glad that you did this throughout the fall season!

Fair Isle Knitting Pattern For This Fall
#ThrowbackThursdays
Throw a classic men’s vintage inspired look for fall by layering a shirt with a Fair Isle patterned knit, a traditional knitting technique to create patterns with multiple colors. Give it a complete look with classic cut 1940s style pants. For days when the temperature is bitingly cold and chilly, go for a clean look with an overcoat or a tweed jacket.

Oxford Cloth – Key To Well-Dressed
#WearitWednesdays
Oxford cloth, being a medium-weight fabric, is a weave type similar to plain canvas with yarn strands interwoven rather than individually. Oxford cloth button-downs are (it may surprise you!) made of oxford cloth. There is a common misconception for people to call any button-down shirt and OCBD, something that’s fairly inaccurate.
Oxford cloth is ideal for layering and on its own. The highlight of OCBD’s apparently is that everyone will consider you as well-dressed despite the least effort it takes to pull it off. This fall, I’d recommend some Earthier hues like olive, brown, gray and tan.
Right Way To Tuck Your Shirts
#TeachingTuesdays
Does you tucked shirt puff out on the sides?
Do you simply shove your shirt into trousers/pants? The extra fabric jutting out around your waist—that looks like the top of a muffin—can be off-putting. You can prevent this to some extent by tucking in your shirt the proper way: grab the bottom of the shirt, nip the excess fabric at the side seams, and gently fold it back when you tuck it in. Thus, you can easily do away with extra fabric protruding around the waist area. This little hack is great for wide shirts.

Impress With Precise Tailoring
#MotivationalMondays
“People who avoid the brick walls — all power to ya, but we all have to hit them sometimes in order to push through to the next level, to evolve.” – Jennifer Aniston
When did we say that we have entirely forgotten that blazers exist? You may probably impress your boss or client with precise tailoring or with a full suit and tie on. But let me tell you that the key is to balance the button-up pieces (for example, a double-breasted navy jacket and mid-gray trousers) with elements that don’t seem so finicky. A smart striped crewneck can add to the visual interest, and crisp white sneakers can still do the trick alternating proper oxfords.
Top tailors are disrupting the made-to-measure market in more creative ways!
An Autumn Wedding
#WeddingsByBucco
“I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone.” —J. R. R. Tolkien
In an informal autumn daytime wedding, there can be no stopping if you ever wanted to put on a solid-patterned suit such as a plaid or windowpane. Now that’s an opportunity! It would be interesting to see how you would look in a double-breasted waist look. I know it’s autumn but let your daytime colors be slightly bolder than your nighttime ones.
Experimental Fridays
#FreestyleFridays
Every Friday is an opportunity to amplify your color and style choices. So, you can afford to alternate your suit and tie for a blazer and V-neck shirt. If your blazer collection sounds no longer exciting to you, why not try out a thin cardigan sweater? Experiment a bit with a pair of denim jeans for a complete look. As for sweater options: pick cardigan, V-neck merino wool and a random shawl collar.
