You can alternate the office top half and go with a chore jacket instead – it instantaneously tones down the formal look, yet still remains stylish, especially if teamed up with some properly sleek trousers with wider cuts for this combo—we don’t suggest billowing, but there should be ample room in the thigh, with a mild taper down to the hem.

Next, cover it with a suit or a jacket. Only the collar will be visible (obviously), and you’re ready to go. Now, if you have the time to iron, then just press the shirt cuffs, the collar and the front of the shirt. This is all you have to do, considering you cover the shirt with a blazer or a suit. Nobody is going to see the sleeves or the back of your shirt, with a jacket on. Usually, your body heat dissipated helps the release of any leftover wrinkles after a couple of hours.
