Your work environment gives you the context for your suit. For example, if you primarily work in the office every day and supposing your role requires a business professional dress code that is more formal than others in the industry, you needn’t have to dress in a suit every day. However, you do need to be flexible and prepared for scheduled and impromptu meetings with business founders or executives. In other words, you need to be prepared to be in a formal business outfit if required.
