A black suit is also suitable, but definitely not the most preferred color because it can read as tad severe in an interview panel.

How to roll your shirt sleeves like a Marine?
• Start with your sleeves completely extended and cuffs unbuttoned
• Bend the sleeve at the cuff, roll it upward and over itself until it is fully inside out
