Black is always considered formal in fashion. Most men wear black suits for formal gatherings or events. A full-black suit or tuxedo matches a formal wedding ceremony. On the contrary, black also evokes sadness. Because, decades back, men wore black suits to express their mourning and respect for the deceased person.
